The Benneworth Lounge is situated at the rear of the Hall and has a separate access door, as well as being connected via a small ante-room to the Main Hall. It is able to accommodate smaller functions, typically for around 30 to 40 people. There is a bar, run by volunteers from East Bergholt Community Council and the Constable Memorial Hall Management Committee, which may be booked in advance. There is no extra charge for having the bar, and details may be obtained by contacting the booking secretary.
The room has seven square wooden tables, each with 4 chairs. There is also an upright piano that might be used by prior permission. There is a separate small "galley" kitchen area with washing-up facilities, suitable for making teas/coffees and light lunches. Disabled toilets are located at one end of the lounge.
Other tables are available to supplement those in the Benneworth Lounge by arrangement. Furniture in the Benneworth Lounge must not be removed from the lounge.
There is also a two seat and a three seat sofa, with a coffee table.
